Macbeth

Act IV, scene one opens up with the witches meeting and hardening up a spell with nearly special ingredients. Macbeth wants them to move him all the answers to his questions. No matter what havoc the answers may cause. Macbeth wants his questions to be answered by the witches masters. He is so greeted by an apparition that pot answer all of his questions by reading his mind. He is told to heed of Macduff. Macbeth wonders why he should fear this man, but decides to land him inferior to be safe. The second apparition is that of a bloody scrooge who tells Macbeth that, Be bloody, bold, and resolute! Laugh to scorn, The powr of man, for none of fair shake up born(p), Shall detriment Macbeth. (p. 492, lines 79-80) He is saying that nobody born from a woman allow for ever harm Macbeth. He assumes that Macduff was born the natural way. Macbeth feels now there is really no precedent to kill Macduff, but to guarantee his own fate, he leave alone pass water Macduff killed. The third apparition, Malcolm, appears as a crowned child with a piece of wood in his hand. He tells Macbeth non to fear, unless the timber move against him. The apparition says, Macbeth shall never vanquished until gigantic Burnham Wood to exalted Dunsinane Hill, shall come against him. (p. 493, lines 92-94) Macbeth feels safe because he does not believe that the woodwind instrument will ever move. by and by the third apparition appears, he is warned not to ask whatsoever more questions, but he wants to know about Banquos children and if they will ever be rulers. Lastly, he sees a line of kings. They argon believed to be descendants of Banquo. A mirror is held by the stretch forth king, which makes the line look comparable it goes on forever. The witches make summercater of Macbeth and tell him how awful he looked when he saw his early destruction. They sing and dance some more and then they disappear. Lennox comes to Macbeth and t ells him that Macduff has fled to England. ! Macbeth assumes that it is to spawn help with his rebellion.
