Well it is never okay to break the rules to get what you want. Do you know what that is called? Greed, acquisitive, avaricious, self-seeking. You become so caught up in winning or getting what you want that to satisfy your desires that you disobey the rules. Regulations that have been set so that things run smoothly or fairly for that matter. The unimaginable depravity it requires to commit such a wicked perverse act is unbelievable.It is wrong, unfair, and disrespectful to the other person who of which you are cheating. Take this for example, lying on your food stamps application. You are cheating the government and actually stealing. There are people, families that apply for food stamps and are truly in need of them and they are rejected. And if you really sit down and think about it you are taking away that opportunity from th ose who are really do need that extra help, but don’t get to receive it all because you don’t want to have to pay with your money.Money that comes from your pocket. Money that you do have. Instead you are taking advantage of the governments money. That is to loathe, it is unfair to the other people who are rejected but need it. Another example to take into consideration is not paying your taxes. When you do not pay your taxes to the IRS, for starters it's wrong and at the end you come out loosing because they will find you and you will pay all that you have been holding back on. There are people who do pay their part.What makes you think that you are anymore special to feel you have the liberty to no pay just because you don't feel like it. Nobody in their right mind has the authority to say they won't pay taxes. The company has a workforce of around 10,000 employees and has been giving a stiff competition to some of the bigger brands in the country. One of the main reasons behind the success of the company is its ability to use its database as a source of business intelligence. The company has a separate department for management of information systems where professional and highly skilled employees work hard every day to convert raw data and information into useful business information, which is used by the managers to make important decision related to the business. The company uses ERP business suite along with cloud storage to manage all its business operations. The combination of ERP and cloud storage allows the company to keep a track of the inventory in all the stores. The central headquarters keeps a check on the items that are running out and dispatches fresh stock for the stores before they run out of stock. In this way, the company is able to reduce a lot of its operational costs by managing the inventory using database systems. The company has been using non-relational databases, which helps it in storing all kinds of data, such as pictures, videos, animations, clips, etc. because such information can help in obtaining more useful information as compared to relational databases (MongoDB, n.d.). Further, the information system branch also collects information about the products that the customers buy. The information collected is combination of products purchased, time of purchases, seasonal demands, frequency of purchases, quantity of purchases, etc. The department then uses this raw data and information for the purpose of business intelligence. It checks the combination of products that people buy the most so that it can introduce an offer on the combination in the next month to maximize the sales. Further, the sales data of the products helps in forecasting the demand in the future and the inventory can be subsequently maintained. In this way, ABC Retailers Pvt. Ltd. has been using its database for the purpose of business intelligence and has been shaping its success as a result of the information obtained. CONCLUSION Database management system has become a crucial aspect of working for organizations. However, one has to keep a check on the challenges and give out proper solutions so that working of the organization can be carried out in a proper manner. In addition to this, the issues in different forms that is being faced by database administrators should also be considered so that they can have a proper working condition within an organization. Of Mice and Men Creative Assignment #11 The theme of isolation was very important in the novel . I think that Crooks, Curley's Wife and Candy illustrated this theme a lot. I think that Crooks experienced the most loneliness in the novel mainly because he was black. He illustrates his loneliness by being very defensive of his small shed next to the barn because it was all he had and he was not allowed to go anywhere else. Curley's wife was also very lonely because she was the only female at the ranch. She illustrated her loneliness by expressing it a lot in the novel , like when she said "I never get to talk to nobody I get awful lonely". It shows that she gets very lonely because all the men are working and she stays home by herself with no one to talk to. Candy is isolated after the loss of his hand because he is not able to work with the other men and is just a swamper . Once his dog is shot he thinks that he has nothing else because that was his best friend. E was lonely that he was willing to move out of the ranch with George and Lennie. The author wants us to know that there are different types of ways to be lonely some people could look fine but are very lonely in the inside because they don't have a specific person to talk to.
